Q: How long have you been in business?
A: Calco Fence has been in business since 1955. That's over 60 years... Not many companies can boast that!
Q: What quality of service can I expect to receive?
A: Only the best of course. Our goal is to provide you with the highest level of customer service throughout the Sales & Installation process. Our team is knowledgeable and friendly. Our installers are expert fence craftsmen. In addition to this, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with the quality of service you may contact our office at anytime.
Q: What types of Fence materials do you install?
A: We provide sales and installation for Wood, Vinyl, Ornamental Aluminum/Steel and Chain Link fence. We also install Estate Gates, Auto-openers & Custom Iron work.
Cedar naturally resists moisture, rot and insects, so it's a classic for fences. It's easy to seal or stain. If left untreated, it weathers to a distinguished silvery gray.
Western Red Cedar is more expensive but provides a more natural look with fewer imperfections.
It should be treated with a clear seal to retain its red color.
Redwood is naturally insect and rot resistant. It provides a beautiful and long-lasting fence surface and with its open-celled structure and contains little or no pitch or resins. This enables the wood to absorb and retain all types of finishes extremely well.
Wood is a natural product and no two pieces possess the same color or grain. Trees are not square so some boards have slightly curved edges (wain). Trees also have limbs so knots are expected. We buy only top-quality fence materials with a minimum number of visual imperfections.
